Work came first. Then came the rules.
We build the tools that carry both.
Work. Rules. Tools.
Technical work came first. Things went wrong, so the rules followed. We build the tools that carry both, and each of the three has an audience and an ask.
Five steps the technician never does again.
- ✓Customer name. Already loaded from the work order.
- ✓Equipment ID. Already scanned at the QR.
- ✓Time stamp. Captured automatically.
- ✓Form switching. Every tab in one view, no jumping between windows.
- ✓Re-typing it all afterwards. The signature seals the data on the spot.
Those five are not the company's minutes, they are the technician's. The job closes at the machine instead of at the kitchen table, and nobody re-types a reading they already took two hours earlier. The hour that comes back belongs to the person who did the work.
Uruguay already signed the rules. The record is still on paper.
Uruguay has few national rules for HVAC servicing, so today the time saved is reason enough to adopt. But the Protocol and Kigali already bind the country, and UNIDO is one of the four agencies that implements them, training and certifying the technicians who handle these refrigerants. The obligation exists. What is missing is the record that proves it was met.
We speak government. Fluently.
Selling to government is a discipline of its own. We work directly with public and legal bodies, and we know their rules, their formats, their policy, and how they communicate. That fluency, not the software, is the part nobody else has.
Their rules, their formats
We build to how a regulator actually reads: the codes, the fields, the submission formats, the policy language. Compliance is the spine of the product, not a checklist bolted on later.
B2G is its own craft
Working with government is not a feature you add at the end. We have earned that trust once already, inside one of Europe's most demanding regulatory systems.

From scan to record. One flow.
Scan a QR or RFID tag on the asset. The tabs fill themselves. You sign once, the office gets the full record, each party gets its subset, and one dashboard shows it all.

Field. Office. In sync.
Both programs work together to bring comfort to workers and to office staff.

All your records. Into KPIs.
Every signed action, aggregated across thousands of work orders, becomes a dashboard of KPIs: times, compliance, interventions per plant, per equipment, per period.

The framework is built. Each trade still needs its own layer.
- ✓The tab structure a technician walks through, from customer to signature
- ✓Mandatory fields that will not let a job close incomplete
- ✓Signature and sealing, so a record cannot be edited afterwards
- ✓The office dashboard, and export to spreadsheet, report or API
- ✓Full translation across app, web and email
- +Its measurements, and the spec range each one is judged against
- +Its checklist, and which items are legally required
- +The rules that apply, mapped to fields a regulator recognises
The same application already runs a flue gas measurement in Montevideo and a lawn mower service at an airport, on the identical tabs. That is the honest scope of the work: we are not asking anyone to fund a prototype, and we are not pretending a new trade is free. The spine is done. The trade-specific layer is what we build with each sector.
Misión Digital
Three things, and none of them money.
-
01
The companies. Introduce us to HVAC companies here. They hold the device information the tool needs, and they are the ones who get the time back.
-
02
The rule-makers. Introduce us to the National Ozone Unit, to ASURVAC and to FAIAR, so the record is built to what a regulator will actually ask for.
-
03
Thirty minutes. Put the live tool in front of whoever should see it. It runs today, on a real work order, on a real phone.
